Welcome to Moodle.

Welcome to Moodle, the Virtual Learning Environment for staff and students at North Shropshire College.

Moodle has now been upgraded to the latest version (3.1) - This introduces a lot of new facilities, and improvements and changes to existing ones. This is a substantial upgrade, so if anything does not appear to be working correctly, please let ICT Srvices know, so that we can investigate.

Car Parking

Please note from Monday 19th September all staff and students will need to display a car parking permit in their car. This is so we are aware who is on site to safeguard our staff and students. Permits are similar to the old tax disc holders and should be displayed in the car with the logo facing up.

Staff - Will have black permits
Students - Will have yellow permits
Permanent Visitors (e.g. Livery Yard, Farm Vehicles) - Will have red permits.

You will need to go to Reception to register your details in order to get a  permit. Please have your Car Registration with you and a mobile number you can be contacted on.

We thank you for your cooperation with this important matter.

European Social Fund

North Shropshire College benefits both directly and indirectly from the European Social Fund (ESF). ESF funding contributes towards the costs of delivery of many of our funded courses. In recognition of this, the College is expected to make learners aware that their course may be part-funded by ESF and to provide information from time to time to statutory funding bodies and auditors. We will at all times comply with the Data Protection Act and keep to a minimum any additional data requests / paperwork by capturing ESF datasets as part of our normal enrolment processes.
